"Sweet Baby" cap for man

Would like to make a men's cap like the Sweet Baby cap, a variation of to Little Devil cap. I want to felt it also. The big thing is the way it protects the forehead. Is there a pattern out there or is there a way to to enlarge the newborn pattern, which I have???
