Do you have to create an account to get this pattern?

You do have to create a login, but when filling in the information you don't have to put your full address nor any other full info since they aren't billing you for anything. It is just a way to fill in the fields to create a account.

You do need to fill in your email address, but all of other info as long as there is something in the fields you can set up the account. It has nothing to do with where you live.
