Taco Bell Burgers ~ Copycat ~ Serves 6
Ready in under 30 minutes

Made with green chilies or jalapenos, beef bouillon, onion, sugar, garlic salt, hamburger buns, cheese, taco sauce or enchilada sauce, ground beef, masa corn flour, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, paprika, and cumin

1 1/3 pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 tablespoon masa corn flour
4 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/4 cup chopped green chilies or jalapenos, optional
6 hamburger buns
taco sauce or enchilada sauce
grated cheese (optional)

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the masa corn flour, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, paprika, cumin, garlic salt, sugar, onion, beef bouillon granules, and chopped green chilies to the skillet. Mix well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Spoon about 1/4 cup on the bottom half of each hamburger bun. Spread the top bun with taco sauce. If desired, top the burger mixture with grated cheese. Place the top bun on the burger and serve immediately.

Nutrition ~ 406 calories, 23 grams fat, 25 grams carbohydrates, 22 grams protein per serving.
