I plan on using most of it for shawls that will go to my LYS to be donated to cancer patients. I have been knitting shawls and hats and lapghans for our yearly knit in for a cure.

dhopkins, great haul! I just love thrift stores and all the other places that Jessica Jean mentioned in her post. That is where some of my stash has come from also.

Great find...better than the one I found at a yard sale for $3.00 which included a small basket full of yarn, crochet hooks, glue, and some thread. I think there were five skeins of yarn and six crochet hooks.
