tied front cardigan

Looking for a ladies cardigan sweater pattern with a tie front lapel. Haven't been able to find just the right one for my new daughter in law.

Guess that's why I haven't found one. Nobody out there has one!

Ladyann, after much searching I found this pattern. Not exactyly what i had in mind but close and it looks easy.
