I used two different patterns. One is from lion brand( the top one) and the bottom one is from raverly.com. How are you stuck on making them? Maybe I could help ya!

Ya I think you need 12" circulars to make them. I am not too sure because I like using DPN. I find them easier to use. But that is me personally
