Last night we had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas. Nothing strange there. Always have leftovers. He opted for a meatloaf sandwich with cheese, like we always make them. Not me, I made mine with cheese, mashed potatoes, a smidgen of gravy, then grilled it. Surprisingly not bad.

You are an adventurous foodie. Actually sounds good. In my area we have a convenience store that makes turkey, gravy, stuffing and cranberry sauce on a roll. Messy but delish. So the question is.....would you make it again? That's always how I decide how good something is.

Yes, I would. We do that turkey stuffing cranberry on a roll after thanksgiving. Yummy!

Turkey and mayo on one piece of bread, cream cheese and cranberry sauce on 2nd piece of bread - Yum! Or a much slimmer version and just as Yum is turkey and mayo and Beaver (brand name) cranberry mustard! Much less sugar but very cranberry flavored w/just a tang of mustard....and for the even more adventuresome - Trader Joe's has a cranberry/jalapeno spread - not overly hot but nicely spiced!

I've taken my left over meatloaf and mashed potatoes and turned it into shepards pie. Crumble the meatloaf and season it a little different, put a layer of corn, and mix cheese in with the mashed potatoes then heat. The same but not the same. It's always good.

My cousin asked his grandmother if she would like a sandwich, and she said ok, but didn't know what there was to make one of. He came back with a string bean sandwich! She said it wasn't bad at all. Another cousin made a potato salad sandwich! So what ever you like is fine!
