Hi everybody,
I have decided to knit something for everybody for Christmas. In addition to this, Mama's 93 birthday is the 20th of December. I would also like to knit something for Mama's birthday as well as for Christmas. I have 6 people to knit for and except for my brother, they're all ladies. I had no idea what I wanted to knit for them, but Mama likes figerless gloves and I had wondered about cowls for the girls and David, but are cowls for men? I need something quick and easy and crocheted if possible. If not, knit is fine. I thought crochet would be faster. Please help if you can. Thanks in advance!

Hello! i am also doing some last minute Christmas gifts. The cowl is very quick I finished one today took me about 5 hours with a medium weight yarn and a double crochet stitch throughout. I think a cowl is masculine enough as long as you use one color or keep the colors neutral.
Goodluck!

There are SO many beautiful cowl patterns available for women. I'd start on Ravelry and do a search by topic. If you're not yet a member, it is FREE to register to log on and search.
