I'm hoping that is the problem too and have decided to also try later.

I still have done nothing with the two I bought last time they did a $2.99 sale, so I'd better not look!
LOL ... well I have more than I could possibly knit in the rest of my lifetime, but I just cannot keep myself from acquiring more if I really like them

Perhaps someone should mention this to Vogue? All this potential business they are losing. Even if lots of people are looking, it shouldn't slow the site noticeably if it is set up properly. And Vogue aren't exactly a small company running on a shoestring.

For example, our UK Government website used for taxing vehicles etc must have enormous traffic, but it is no faster/slower in the middle of the month (when there is minimum trtaffic) compared to the last and first weeks when most people will be road taxing their cars for the next year.

I tried, but finally gave up. I have no patience when it comes to this computer. It is supposed to be faster than me having to write a letter to Vogue and explain the type patterns I am looking for and them writing me back to tell me they don't have them! But, I believe we could have done all of that before I got a download from the computer on their site!

Thanks for the link, although I will not use it. I need to buy a knitting pattern like I need to buy another head! Now hands, though....
Actually, I need another pattern, period, like I need two more legs!
I refuse to pay for most patterns. One has to be pretty special for me to hand over my hard-earned greenbacks. I am wasting my $$ on such unimportant stuff, like groceries, meds, electricity, etc.

peachy51-Yeah, I tried. The snails in my garden move faster! I just wanted to see if the new Fall issue patterns were available as individual purchase but they're not so I'll just go to Barnes and Noble for the magazine (I want one of the Wanderlust patterns) and save myself the time and frustration of trying to shop the sale. They have these sales several times a year and I have so many ptterns that I don't feel like I'm missing out! Denise

I did notify them that the site is so slow that it is frustrating to try and even look at the patterns. No response :(

The site is working much faster today and I did purchase and download several patterns.

There is a filter on the left-hand side of the page. Scroll down. And you can choose how many to show per page for the results.
