I am planning to make a baby afghan with Patons cotton -I have some 4ply and some DK in colours that look really good -I am going to knit entrelac blocks -have knitted a sample block with both yarns and they measure near enough -but would there be any problems doing this

The only issue I would think you may have, would be the size of needle you're using. A 0-3 may be tough!
