I have a new grand-baby due in November, so I have been scoring patterns for something different for the cold weather. I found an all-in-one suit with mittens from a search engine. Loved the cute look with the little bear ears on top, but was a bit leary ordering from England. The yarn it called for which was perfect I couldn't find anywhere else so I decided to take the chance as there will be plenty of time to change my mind if it didn't come thru. I ordered last Thursday late in the day. Got the confirmation by the next morning with delivery promised in 10-14 days. It arrived with this mornings mail and delivery charge was less then $7.00!! Also if you buy 9 skeins of yarn you get the 10th free!! Got to tell you I am very impressed after so many problems with orders on this side of the sea. Just wanted to share my great experience!

I use Deramores frequently and have never been disappointed by the yarn or their customer service. Their shipping is reasonable and it's free over $50.00.

Yes, I'm another Deramores lover. I don't order frequently, but have always been more than satisfied.
Once I was looking for a pattern and they went way out of their way to find it for me, and let me know when it came in. Great company, great employees.
