Is this yarn soft, like Merino? Can you wear it next to your skin? Or outer wear only?

I am not sure exactly what you are asking for? It is 250 g to 430 yards. 10 ply Knitting worsted. Like a heavier worsted, but not chunky or bulky but not a thin worsted either. If that is not the info you need, let me know.
