To me, it feels very soft. This is the description :

Wool Pak New Zealand is awesome for felting & knitting! We are thrilled to be carrying this beautiful yarn again! I like it because it is not overly processed, so it felts wonderfully in all the popular knit-then-felt patterns. It is luxurious yet durable, spun mainly from Perendale type fleeces. There is large palette of natural colors, as well as an expanded range of solids. It is put in economical 250g skeins which are great for felted clogs, hats and handbags. You'll also find the large skeins perfect for making sweaters that are durable and soft to the touch with very few ends to weave in.

I am not sure exactly what you are asking for? It is 250 g to 430 yards. 10 ply Knitting worsted. Like a heavier worsted, but not chunky or bulky but not a thin worsted either. If that is not the info you need, let me know.
