Looks like I have a lot of neighbors on here! Oh wait, I'm in Canada.. that should be neighbours, right? :)
I'm in the Walkerville area in Windsor. I LOVE this area.
Thank you so much for all the warm greetings!
HappyCamper - Are you in Crossville? I used to go there every week to see my Daddy. Man I miss the plateau!
The direct link to get to the pdf download has changed. I changed web hosts. I got to upgrade a lot on the site but unfortunately the links are broken that you had before. You can still get to it by going to http://stringtoathing.com
and going to printables or go straight to the standard sizing download at http://www.stringtoathing.com/downloads/standard-sizing/
There are other reference things on the site as well. From the Printables in the menu across the top you will see a list of the downloads I have. They're all free. Don't worry. :) Click on the titles of the download to get to the option to download it.
I'm slowly working out the kinks. I'll have it much more user friendly very soon.
You could always tell your boss that you are perfectly willing to come back to work against medical advice just as soon as they sign a contract with you agreeing to fully contribute your income for life to your family if harm is done to your hand to render you unable to perform your job because of the early return.
Lifetime of paying someone that can not be there at all vs. waiting out two additional work days for their return.
Here it is. Still unlined but I'll get to it this week. I'm going to line it in denim. Using some jeans that have been sitting untouched for a few years.
A guy at my Mom's work (before she retired) made me this one out of wood. I love it!
It now hangs above my desk in my basement, that has been converted to a craft room, holding the cable line up. I should really give it a better spot but I kinda like the reminder hanging over my desk. :)
I am a homemaker, Mama to 2 pups, immigrant to Canada (from Tennessee) and harasser of my husband.
I do most anything that involves string in any form. I knit and crochet at the moment, can do basic embroidery, and I'm about to learn tatting.
Most of my time is spent designing dog sweaters, hats, scarves. Quick projects.
I love to repurpose anything I can. My most recent project was making a notions pouch out of pop cabs and almost discarded garden twine.
I also love to play with plarn and tshirt yarn. They make great kennel mats for my pups and to donate to no kill animal services around here.
I'm so stunned to see one of my creations show up here. I'm glad you guys find it useful!
I didn't even know knitting paradise existed until I saw it in a report on where traffic was coming from to my website.
Thanks for sharing my chart and helping me find this site! :)
