I have looked on both you tube and Google and find nothing that looks like yours. They look like a chain or regular knitting. Could you direct me to the actual sight you used? You are so sweet to answer everyone and maybe you could help me out. Thanks for your time.

Hi The video is in Turkish but it has subtitles and you can see what she is doing :-)

Very cool blanket! I would like to know how you did it also — and the exact yarn name since I don’t see one called that on Ravelry.

Hi it is figure knitted using Alize Puffy wool that I got in turkey, if you google or you tube it you will see its loops that you pull through each other

Beautiful, the blanket yarn looks like chenille. Would love to know how to do the blanket as I have lots of chenille. Lovely gift.

What size needle did you use on the blanket or is it done just using your fingers?

No needles just use your fingers, very easy to do :-)

Just returned from a lovely holiday in Turkey, and came back with a case full of wool :-). This is what I have knitted this past week. A set for a friend's daughter who is expecting a baby girl in December. And a baby blanket using Alize Puffy finger knitting wool, it is quick to make up and so soft and thick :-)

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. It will be 2 years in July since my husband expired (his word not mine), there is not a day that goes by that I don't think of him and I miss him so much. Everyone deals with grief in a different way and you will find the best way for you as a person. I felt much the same as you, one day I was married the next I was a widow, and the first time I had to check the widow box I cried :-( In my mind I am still married to my hubby and I still talk to him out loud as if he was still here, but only in my home, as peeps would think I had gone mad lol. I still look at his chair and expect to see him there and even now I cant quite understand that I actually do have control of the TV remote. People tell me it will get easier as time passes, but I am not sure. I really live on all the memories that I have of the good (and bad times) we had together. Since he died I have faced many challenges alone, I even spent 4 months on my own in India and believe me I had to do some bush tucker trials whilst there which I did not think I would ever be able to do. But I know that my hubby would be very proud of the way that I have continued on with my life and is looking down on me saying you go girl. I am sure that you will cope with the changes that his passing have made and I am sending strength and prayers that you will, with the support of your family and friends, continue with the next chapter in your life. Lots of Love Lynne

the best when kp members post pictures of knitted garments if they add the pattern info that will save others asking and if they ask than best give the link or desighner website thanks. We not live in fiftees they can search and in minutes they find the information so I think best if we put information already with posts.

thia was 18 months ago that i posted it, and was on a n old phone where i could not copy the links. in a later post i identified the source of the patterns and in this day and age its not hard to do a quick google search and then you will be able tosee other patterns that the designer has :-)
