Hi I always knit Patons Bubbles shawl all the time it is easy & you can use either 3 or 4 ply yarn. It is a circular but you join after knitting. I would recommend this one. I start off with no 5 straight needles, then I go onto a circular 5 & use that as a straight needle just be careful how you turn to do each row. Good luck . If you need more info please feel free to contact me. Once finish sew up & pin out on the peaks to 50", I spray mine 3 times a day for 3 days let dry & finally lift shawl & it will keep its shape.

I always keep mine in the fridge if haven't quite use the other until ready to use. our bags are only 12.5kg & have to watch the use by date too. sometimes the flour goes off depending how it is on the delivery truck, if out in the heat for a while, I got this from the flour mill , when I had trouble with it,
but now that I buy it from the wholesalers don't have any problems as they keep all their flour in fridges.
