She has a beautiful understanding of shape, placement, and color. You are right to encourage her in this creative outlet. I could see those being knit or crochet patterns! Perfect for kids sweaters or baby blankets....

I like this one though, must admit, Iโ€™d probably add sleeves..... my arms donโ€™t look like the model.๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜‰

Oh, boy.... thatโ€™s a good one! Mismatched patterns and mismatched stripes make me crazy.๐Ÿ˜‰

I donโ€™t know who is more crazy.... the guys who built that bike road or the guys who used it! ๐Ÿ™„ The banana bottle holder is really ingenious.๐Ÿ˜‚

Hi,
Homespun is probably my least fav yarn. YES super soft and great color ways.
It splits easily. No stitch definition so don't waste your time with a detail pattern Simple is better,
And NO fringe. It sheds and untwists an d turns into a mess.

a simple blanket is what I would make.
Ravelry, com is a good place to start. Use the filters to enter homespun yarn/
Good luck

I agree, though there are many who donโ€™t mind working with Homespun. I found it difficult to knit and difficult to crochet.... , but must also agree that the colors are lovely. Iโ€™ve found the best use is as weft in weaving projects. Wove a couple of scarves and one shawl they looked great!

Could they, in fact, have been the victims of some jerks destroying the site?

That was my first thought, too. Iโ€™m thinking vandals are often the ones most likely to invest that amount of time in the destruction of property. Still, Iโ€™d contact your local gvt (city or county) and make them aware of the potential driving hazard.

Yep! Just having that conversation, last night. My brother died when he was 30. Iโ€™m sure he would have been grateful for time enough to grow old....

First, you need to consult an Orthopaedic specialist. While I have every confidence in KP for knitting advise, this isnโ€™t the place for medical advise. I had Trigger Thumb on both hands. The surgery to correct it was very simple with an easy recovery. I recommend you talk with your Dr and find the best option for you.

That is a beautiful memorial.... simple and meaningful. I still find it hard to speak about 9/11 and the tragedy of that day.๐Ÿ™

How do you know Mr Trump is lying, he opens his mouth and speaks.... or to quote him directly, โ€œwe all know this, right? We all agree on this....โ€

Wow, I never knew that about nail polish, good tip! I use a sugar scrub (sugar and Olive Oil) on my face 3x each week... , I love it and may try adding a little honey...๐ŸŒˆ
