I use a Brother 350 midgauge that is 7m and unable to find a garter bar that size. I was finally able to find one by googling “3D printer garter bar”. They come in short sections that can be combined to any width you need. Good luck. Great ideas for holding the needles in place!

Very pretty! What is a yarn cover or did you mean a yarn over? Lovely work.

We’re going to Ireland and will be based in Dublin and Galway and we want to purchase some lovely Irish yarn. If you have some suggested stores or even some places in between we would be very grateful.
Any ideas or suggestions for things to do in October will also be appreciated! Happy knitting.

You can also make one on a knitting machine without slipping one way. The natural tendency for stockinette to curl produces a very fast and easy I-cord.

Why? Why pay $28 for this when you could use a bracelet or even a shower curtain ring, then spend the rest on some yummy yarn?

lol looks a lot like a fancy dog or cat collar could also do the trick.

I agree regarding Lucy Neatby! Sadly she no longer travels to the states to teach but she can be found on Craftsy and her books. Amazing knitter check out her web site. Love all of the helpful info I get from you knitters! Thanks!
