LOVE it! What beautiful work. I'm off to look for the pattern right now.
Those are nice looking socks. I make mine toe up with magic loop. So easy and I agree, you don't need a pattern unless you're doing a pattern stitch. There's so much fun sock yarn available.
Gorgeous! I would like to make one like it for my granddaughter.
With rosettes. Hands down. LOVE it!
Beautiful! I love the details!
I shopped with all my friends through elementary school at Kreskies. 6 soft pretzels for 25 cents. Bought my first friendship ring there too. I think they had yarn....
I'm not 100% sure, but it will be brainless. Maybe a top down sweater for my granddaughter or maybe a pair of socks.
I like their hats too and I've started one made from sock yarn. It's doing much of work for me. I CO 146 stiches and am using the magic loop method. I k1, p1 for 1 1/4" and will knit for 7" before starting my decreases. Looks great so far.
I already made a cable hat like the dark haired girl wears. Super cute.

Let me know if you find a group. I would like to join one too.
My family and a few others are definitely not pc. Both of my daughters were "courted" before they were married. All four were virgins until their wedding night. Very unusual, but very special.
I work at a preschool and see the affects of parents that aren't committed to each other or their children.
Kids before marriage = selfishness
Thanks for the Birthday Wish! My Mother was 78 on August 2 and I will be 53 on August 13. We both returned to knitting 2 years ago and are having so much fun sharing our trials and successes.
Yeah, I don't feel my age either. I work as an OM in a pre-school, so I always feel YOUNG!
My first grandchild helps too!
Wow, we're the same as New York? Prices are just starting to move down. Currently, $3.59
Thanks for the link. Of course I had to order the book that was recommended at the bottom of the page.
