Nice - I love my LK150. :) Ann

I love mine too - made little vests and men's natural double knit jumpers - they are so much fun after using the more complicated machines. I do the bands on the Passap.

Looks good - will have to keep those measurements for further garments. Well done. :-)

Love him too. Makes me envious. Trying to get some knitting done to wear for our Festival next week. Nothing goes right and now the iron is not working. May be time to do some fun knitting.

Really lovely - may have a go at something like this too. Good to see your achievements, thanks.

You are in a very "go ahead" area, where a lot are using Passap machines and brothers. I can give you a name to contact and they will set you in the right direction

Very frustrating - like another comment here - I thought they were a "cute" machine but really frustrating and prefer the bulky brother for heavy yarn and my other machines with robbers for all other knitting. It will not be long until you want to try a bit more than stocking stitch.

I am a machine knitter in the South Island, New Zealand and there is often machines available at the site where machine knitters can buy sell and swap.
Also some of us have several machines and I know of where you can get some Brother machines, also I have rescued a singer from a lady wanting to throw out - as knitters we would sooner store another machine than let that happen.
Another lady has a Passap available - if you can give me your location in New Zealand I could probably put you in touch with someone in your area who would help with machines and tuition.
There are machines available in Auckland where a lady is having a sort out and there is some in the South.

With the download it says to download another file - cannot remember what it was - and this may help. I downloaded it and did not know where it went but everything worked after that.

This Software was very cheap when I purchased it - $25 but do not know if it was to upgrade or not. It prints out your pattern after you put in your tension swatch, like the patterns you buy. It does not connect to your machine to download designs.
It is good for any machine, old or new.
I have software (Win-Crea) that downloads patterns to my machine which is a different thing altogether.

Follow through to the download page.

I kept an old computer for my knitting programmes and it made me mad as it was so slow and upgraded at the beginning of this year and had no trouble downloading from the home site - it tells you to download a program etc. and all works well. Also work with Garment Designer, a cochinelle programme, Wincrea downloads to my E6000 all from Windows 8. A very happy computer/knitting machine user.
Will admit I sat for 3 days getting windows 8 and all my programmes I wanted loaded.

This is the program I prefer for machine knitting - just love it.

A super little frock - I have been using machines all the time and have spent most of the day trying to work out a very simple child's cardigan - sometimes I wonder if I would be better with a pair of needles. I do love my machine tho'. Just frustrating when nothing seems to go according to plan.
Hope you have more great projects ahead.
