Ladyship designs on ravelry has a similar pattern for your sleeve . You would need to wind your yarn round the crossover points of the diamonds. I notice that the inner part of the diamonds vary each complete diamond, i.e. garter stitch inners and stocking stitch inners.

It looks reasonably straight forward to duplicate. Good luck.

Aran sweater patterns are not in any specific pattern. The exception might be the true aran clan sweaters. If you have a basic cable sweater pattern, you can incorporate whatever cable patterns you want. If that was at a craft fair, chances are it is one of a kind.

Here is an excellent book of cable patterns. The pic is moss stitch, rope braid, a cable similar to horseshoe (but not), and the center panel of hearts with seed stitch center, I believe. https://www.leisurearts.com/50-fabulous-knit-aran-stitches-1.html https://intheloopknitting.com/heart-cable-knitting-patterns.php

The cable on the sides of the center panel could be this - https://www.knittingfool.com/StitchIndex/StitchDetail.aspx?StitchID=1739 Cable and ladder.
Aran sweater patterns are not in any specific patt... (show quote)
