Hi I would also appreciate the contact information for Mr. Reimer. Your bowl and work of art is absolutely beautiful Thanking you in advance...
Hi From New Hampshire........Made homemade corn Chowder last night!!! I was sooo good sure beats the canned stuff!!
FYI....on the "Boom" shawl (on my 2nd one) I did a *YO, K2Tog* across color change row. It just breaks it up a little....
Look up "Boom" Free, I'm working on Sugarwheel, color lilac? #8 Circular because I am a loose knitter. Love the colors & the yarn!!!
Nos sure.....What do you think? Help Would it look awful? or stick with only 3-4 colors?
Thanks for providing the website.......I Think I'm going to try it but might use different #4 yarns....I have soooooo.....Many!
I also liked this blanket and I found on Ravelry one called "GORTHLECK BLANKET" shown in grey colors. Someone more computer literate than me might be able to insert the web site. Have a Great Day.....Sun is shining
Last week in Hobby Lobby in Manchester Nh it was in the baskets on clearance if you happen to be in this area.
Hugs and prayers for such a good lady that is always upbeat, so I know you are seriously hurting and wish I could take some of hurt away. Maybe if you try to go outside and just smell the beautiful fresh air that is here in New Hampshire & Maine it may lift your spirits. God bless and take care
I have made a couple of her scarves, they are great! BUT hope someone can help me of "Wiggle Lace Scarf" specifically the cast on.....I usually figure about 12" per the number of stitches..
Row l: C/O 8 using long tail cast on method
Row 2: Knit
Row 3: (RS) *K2, pl, yo, k2tog, pl rep from * to last 2,K2
Row 4: C/0 6 sts, p2, *Kl, p2 rep from*
C/0 6 sts, *K2, p1, K2tog, Yo, P1 rep from * last 2, K2
Etc for rows 6, 7, 8...Repeat 3-6 until you have 188 sts.Am I understanding it right that I have to cast on approximately 90-94 inches before I start row 1. Sorry if I am confusing everyone but I confuse myself first...LOL
Thanks for your help and patience
Not to tease you but.....they had a HUGE selection of yarns yesterday....But I am sure the 25% off will get even lower...I live about 5 mins from there and am MAKING myself NOT GO....LOL.....
It seems my well liked yarns are Bernat & Patons Now I guess I will have to pay shipping from yarninspirations to get them as I have not found the two new ones that I want.
My A C Moore has been fantastic and I always go to the employees that I know and they have been there a good 5 years or so....this is so very sad for them also.
Me too....I think they had the best variety of yarns. have Michaels and Hobby Lobby here but very limited supply compared to A C Moore.
A C Moore at the Mall of New Hampshire, Manchester is CLOSING. Right now everything in store is 25% off including sale items. So much for not 'adding to my stash" got 6 skeins Bernat satin for $1.50 each....I have always liked this store and am disappointed.
