Any thinking person knows that this is wrong. What about education programs and job training? Counseling, and life skills are viable ways to help the homeless.

You, too, books!! Still waiting for the epidural doc's office to call.

Isn't waiting for a phone call the worst thing?

Always amazes me that clothing would be the big deal, when the real deal is that they were observing a somber moment of historical signifigance. I know some do not think about patriotism but there has been a leader that did not even recognize Pearl Harbour and there was no fuss about that. When will this 1st Lady receive the civility that others have when they made a faux pas. When will she be afforded the civility of being human. No need to add to my comment, just an observance, just a wonder.

She is so identified with him, that is where the problem comes from. I used to feel sorry for her, because she seemed so miserable, but I really don't anymore. She made her own bed, let her lay in it.

I hope you feel better soon, Patty. I fell off of my front porch the other night, it was rainy and the steps were wet, it was so stupid. I'm fine, but bruised and "whiplashed" pretty good. Geez, accidents happen so quickly! As a plus, I have been watching a bunch of movies and getting a lot of knitting done. Take care, and take things slow as you need to. Hugs.

Who cares if they are energy efficient and may help to save the planet. They make him look bad, they have to go!!!!

Don't encourage him. Silence might be nice for once.

What is up with that coat? Yes, it does look like a plane going through one of the towers, but then I thought that no one would be THAT stupid to wear something like that on Sept. 11th. Now, it just looks like a big arrow pointing to her butt. Either way, it's ugly.

I rather talk to enemies anytime and anywhere than jump into war. Negotiations not guns.

Good point, but trump is not a good man for that. He seems increasingly unable to string three words together. He also doesn't seem to want to listen to or hear what people are saying. And he takes offense so easily, often in negotiations you have to leave the ego behind.

Sometimes, our expectations are too high, I think. Certainly, in a stash that is as big as mine, I have the right yarn somewhere. If it's not quite the right color, maybe change the expectation. You were thinking pink? How about this pretty shade of purple? Not enough yardage? Could you combine another skein and do stripes? Often, there is no real reason to buy more yarn.... it's just fun to do so. (Sorry to be a party pooper)

Ever hear the old phrase "Keep you friends close and your enemies closer"?

Sherry, this close to Sept. 11th anniversary. REALLY? Do you not remember all the people who died on that day?

Funny! I am surprised that no one said Hurricane Ivanka is due to hit Alabama in the next few days.
If she is his advisor, now we have another take on his childish bull. Daddy, just use the sharpie and redraw the line!!

Careful what you wish for. He'd probably draw an outline of her figure on the map.

Okay, now how do we convince his followers of this? They see videos and hear audio of him saying and doing some really batshit stuff, and they deny it or explain it away, or scream fake news. I am getting so tired of watching the Leader of my country doing and saying things that a five year old would be corrected for.
