About user:
I just crochet. Always wanted to learn to knit but the most I've managed to knit is dishrags for a daughter. I've been crocheting since I was a child. I learned by watching the ladies in my Grama's beauty shop. Many of them crocheted while under the hair dryer. After watching them, one day I found the hook Grama used to pull hair through the frosting cap. I took a plain piece of string, after finally managing to make a loop in the string, I began a long piece of just chain. I quirtly worked on that about 2 weeks before one of the ladies noticed me. I believe I was about 8 years old, 3rd grade. Once it was noticed that I'd managed that chain I had a plethora of teachers from Grama's customers.

I also love to sew, cook, garden and read. I prefer to be outdoors so the sewing and crochet are my winter projects. Thank you.
