I wish you a speedy recovery Ozgal. Thank you all for this useful info about Christine.
Thanks Carla...she was indeed a very special person. Many recipients of her cards have framed them ....she used a punch card needle for the embroidery. Quite hard on the hands, she told me.

Bless your hearts for the warm sharing in memoriam of Christine, Sjlegrandma. So heartening that she set such a stellar example for others, besides her tangible contributions. We never know how much we affect others, like ripples in a pond. I did note some of her messages here as her 'penname' was Norwegian/Scandinavian.

Bless her and all of your hearts! Elation

I, too, was a K.P. friend if Christine and she was all and more that’s been said about her here.
Ozgal I’m sorry to hear of your recent heart problems. Look after yourself please and concentrate on getting well. 🐢

Hi everyone , I would like some info about Christine who passed away earlier this year. She sent me a beautiful
piece of embroidery that she stitched. She sent it about three or fours years ago, so I didn’t keep any of her particulars. Now that she is gone, I would like to frame it. But I would like to put a post it note on the back of it, telling a little about her. I was hoping some one on KP would know a little of her background, and just what city she lived in and when she passed away, etc. thank you. Carla View attachment 1408958
