I had a request on Ebay to knit up a some Peas in a Pod and a Carrot, to represent the quote on Forrest Gump - 'We go together like Peas and Carrots'
I already had my own design for a carrot (Kevin the Carrot) but not one for some peas in a pod. I looked around for a pattern, but they weren't big enough for what I needed to complete the set.

That made me laugh! Hubby and I used to order in frozen dinners for my mother in law. She was very picky about what we ordered, so the list we could order from got smaller and smaller . At last she couldn’t find anything to complain about so she came up with the complaint “ it’s all peas and carrots”!! She has gone now but the saying continues!!
