It’s by the same designer but may not be exactly the same pattern. Edit: one pattern uses bulky yarn, the other worsted. You could also try contacting Cascade Yarns.

JJ, your links above lead to the exact requested pattern.
This designer has a number of very similar scarf patterns which are posted on Ravelry as well as the Cascade website. Not sure why this one was selected to discontinue.
