Didn't manage to finish this in time for SWW recent trip, but better late than never! Wishing I had used better contrast colours, in particular for ram heads to show up more, but partner likes it and it fits well. Have started a 2nd one for myself and using a lighter background so hoping it will show up more of the pattern design

I got mine done just before I arrived in Shetland. And then thought I had lost it- but once I got back home found it hidden away in a pocket. Didn't really need a warm hat anyway so its absence wasn't hugely significant. Mine was a bit too small (th one I made 5 years ago was a bit too big! maybe if I go back again I can get it just right).

Love your hat Rosemaryr8 - I didn't get the pattern yet this year. I see what you mean by the rams heads but it still looks mighty fine as it is.
