In my diary, I wrote this link for a hoodie I made. A friend now wants to make it, and the link no longer works. If someone saved the pattern and is willing to share, would you please contact me?

Do you have a picture of the sweater? Maybe someone will recognize it.

Or, you could search Ravelry.com for patterns.

Thanks for the reply. I know you are trying to be helpful, but it is this pattern I want.

if you can't provide a photo, how do we know what pattern you are looking for. If the link goes nowhere, how can we even begin to help when we have no idea what we are lookiing for.

Thanks to each of you for making the effort to help. Sorry, no pic, and no zip. I'm hoping someone might have a folder on their computer called Knitting Paradise Patterns, or Hoodies. And within that folder, a file called baby sweater with hood, and maybe the numbers in my file name.

I didn't expect the static library to disappear. I haven't used it for awhile, but I know I accessed it after Covid (strange how we use that event as a time marker in our lives).

Thanks again. I appreciate it.

I would look on Ravelry for something similar.

Normally I would agree with you, and I would not have posted this request. But circumstances are such, I am looking for that particular pattern. Hope you can understand.

Thank you all. I've received the pattern from a KPer that reached out.

I know I asked the impossible and someone had the answer. That is why I enjoy this site.
So maybe you can tell us what pattern it was. Many of us have spent a lot of time trying to research this for you.

Well, it's a long story. The short form is I converted a bottom-up hoodie to its top-down copycat dupe. I started with the bottom-up pattern in the static file, and my diary notes cross reference row numbers in that file. My friend wants to knit my top-down version ... and there you have it.
