Hello! I'm wondering if someone can help me. I want to make a pizza blanket, but I don't know how to read patterns. If someone can explain it to me I would greatly appreciate it.
The pattern: 2 dc in next, dc in 2. Repeat to around

In one chain you will make 2 double crochets (if it’s in US terminology).
In the next 2 chains, would will make 1 double crochet in each.
So the repeat is 2 dc in in chain or stitch, dc, dc in each of the next 2 chains or stitches and repeat until you reach the end.

My guess is that you're making a round blanket, starting at the center. If you startred with 8 stitches in a ring, round 2 would be 16 sts. Rnd 3 - 24 sts. You add 8 sts every round. There are dif ways to count, but my mind likes
"increase in first st, do 2 dc. Repeat around.
Next rnd: increase in first st, do 3 dc. Repeat.
Next rnd: increase in first st, do 4 dc. Repeat.

If you are a more visual person, I would try googling the stitch or acronym for it, in YouTube and many are very short and show you how to execute anything from a basic stitch to one that is more complicated. It may be easier than checking step by step graphics. Elation
