Hi, welcome to KP from Southern California! I didn't find the pretty hat patterns you're seeking but stick around, there are people that know how to use the Way Back Machine and find nearly anything! I looked on Etsy, patterns weren't there but they have some very similar ones. Just in case you haven't viewed yet:

That designer has not posted on Ravelry for years. I am sure you could find patterns that are similar by searching Ravelry.

There absolutely are dozens - if not hundreds - of similar hats listed on Ravelry, possibly without the flower, but there are a zillion flower motifs listed too.
